Shipping Policy:
We use USPS Standard Delivery, which is usually between 2 to 8 days depending on your location. If you need a rush on an item we will be happy to make arrangements, just hit the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. Customer Service is our highest priority and we can cater to almost any need!
For In Store Pickup choose "Local Pickup" under the Shipping Tab at checkout.
Shipping Fragile Items Disclaimer:
We are not at fault for any broken items shipped, therefore there are NO REFUNDS. With that said, we pack all items with time and care!
There is also a $5 PACKING FEE for bubble wrap supplies to pack your order. The invoice will be emailed upon your order.
Returns:
After receiving your purchase if you are unhappy with something or you find the fit is not to your liking, don't fret! Simply return it to us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a refund!
- Return your item 15 days from your initial purchase receive your money back
- Any return after 15 days will get store credit.
- Any return after 30 days can not be returned.
- Any HOLIDAY THEMED ITEMS will only receive store credit.
- All items that are Marked Down are Final Sale.
- All SWIMSUITS are Final Sale.
You must pay for the shipping for the return. Once we have received the returned merchandise and upon inspection are found to be in unused condition, customer's credit card will be refunded. After 30 days from the date of purchase all sales are final. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item.
**Please note we are closed on Sunday. If you place an order on Saturday after 2, It will not be processed until the following business day.
